Sunday, Oct. 4th: Pray for Media Proverbs 2:20-21
Good morning Lord, Happy Resurrection Day. Forgive us when we focus on things other than You. We pray for Michigan today, for all the success and innovation of this state. We pray for the state and federal leaders. Unity that helped make our forefathers suffer through the storms to make this a great state, we pray the same consistent nature in each of those who occupy Michigan today. We pray that revival can hit the land and the hearts of the people. Stir up in us a clean heart. Father we pray as this nation faces one of the greatest trials that has faced us, let us with a heart of forgiveness and love come before Your throne. The enemy we fight is not an outward enemy but one from within. Our founding fathers spoke of the things that would tear us apart, that would not be external to our borders but would come from within our borders. Forgive us for not heeding the warnings of Your word and the words of wisdom that were left by our founders. Teach us Holy Spirit how to once again hear the voice of the Father, how to hear the voice of Jesus and then respond to the call. Let a call go out from the heart of Motor City to the banks of The Great Lakes. Let that call stir a nation that is complacent to respond to a loving Father who has set aside and presented to His offspring the opportunity to work together, to live together, to rejoice together and to cry together. Just as the cry for independence stirred against England, now let the cry for independence, the cry out for peace be within our own borders. We fought a civil war that divided us and caused us to kill our own brothers, that caused families to fight against one another, that threatened to break what was the United States into two separate nations. We know it is not Your heart for us to be divided but Your heart is for us to walk in one accord. Thank you again for healing us then and we believe, if you did it before, you can and will do it again. We cry out this morning Lord Do It Again. For Your children called by Your name, we cry out for love; we cry out for peace; we cry out for joy. We cry out for the widow; we cry out for the unborn; we cry out for the homeless; we cry out for the rich; we cry out for a nation divided. Father, we cry out and cry out not in despair but in Hope that You again will respond. DO IT AGAIN, OH GOD, AS WE CRY OUT IN ONE ACCORD. In the mighty saving cleansing strengthening blood of Jesus we pray... amen

Saturday, Oct. 3rd: Pray for our Health Care System Philippians 4:13
Good morning Father, it's great to be alive and ready to be in Your service. Today we pray for Massachusetts, the state that helped lead the rebellion into freedom; the great Boston Tea Party that stood against injustice in which their motto was, no taxation without representation. We cry similarly today, we want representation but not in the heart of men but against the injustice and bonds of the true enemy. Today we cry as our forefathers did against injustice that puts Your people in bondage to drugs, pornography, to alcohol and other items that cause us to serve the enemy. You freed this nation to have a heart for the underprivileged and to have freedom. I pray You restore to this state the same heart that stirred during that time. The leaders can again take the place as they once did to be about the Father's business against injustice and fight for fairness. The governor and state representatives along with city and local officials could join in unity to stand against the things which are not fair. I pray for a spirit of change throughout so that we can complete the mission we have begun in this country. That we can be inspired once again by the word of God to live in peace with one another and willing to die for the things not right. A true spirit of love for our neighbors. The church leaders to have the heart of unity and the congregants a desire to think of others before themselves. Father I pray we can truly learn to set aside our differences in the church to learn to live, first in unity with in the body of Christ and then spreading Your love to those who don't know you. Give us the Spirit of Jesus to go to the Samaritans and those who are not like us but have lost their way and return the hope of a coming Messiah. Enlighten our hearts once again to the message of the cross. Thank you this morning for that message and the reminder you will not forsaken or leave us. We look forward to your return where we will be caught up in your Glory. In the mighty name of Jesus...amen Friday, Oct. 2nd: Pray for God’s Protection over our land Isaiah 60:2-3
Father we pray for the state of Maryland today. We repent for all actions of the past, of our ancestors, anything that keeps us from coming closer to you. We pray for stability, honesty, and patience for the state and federal leaders. We pray for wisdom, for the judges, and police officers in the justice system. We also lift up a group we tend to forget and that's the district attorneys, that they also would have wisdom and honor your desires to have mercy where mercy is due. For the church in Maryland, we pray for unity amongst all congregations. Remove fear from the body of Christ. Let those of the congregation begin to praise You for all that you have done, giving thanks to God the Father. We pray for the nation, as Maryland played a key role in the history of this country. Grant the peace that surpass all understanding to a nation that has forgotten where it's blessings come from. Forgive us God for pride and selfishness and our inability to see the pain and suffering of our neighbors. We pray for the insensitivity that our calloused hearts have formed. That we have lost track of the mission for which we have been called. Thank you for giving us another day to perform the works of the one who has sent us for this season. Let us not reject the opportunities we receive to share our Savior with those who do not know Him. Give this nation a boldness to stand for godly principles and to adhere to your law of love. Let love find its perfect place in our heart as we reach out to a hurting nation that needs healing. We pray for a miracle today as so many are desperate that they may receive peace in troubling times. Bless all those who read and adhere to your word. Let the word of God the bible take its rightful place to lead guide and direct us as a people. Thank You for Your continued blessings. In the name of Jesus.. Amen Thursday, Oct. 1st: Pray for the students Psalm 24:6-8
Good morning our Lord and Savior. Thank You for the peace in our nation as we slept through the night. As we pray for Maine today, let us remember the words "And the rockets red glare and bombs bursting in air, gave proof through the night our flag was still there." Father thank You our nation still has hope and the hand of God, through significant opposition, still is here. We raise a banner of love (our flag) over Maine and the representatives there. The banner of love over the Governors mansion and the same banner over the judges and city officials. I pray that your church will not overlook the banner You have given us love and that we care more about the banner of stars and stripes. For without the first, the second will surely fail. We come requesting love in the heart of a nation that has grown cold. Let your Spirit so make himself known that truly love would be in the air. Father help us to focus on that which is important. We pray for families in this state and this nation. The nation that once was undoubtedly the greatest superpower can once again be covered by The Greatest Superpower in all things. The importance of families as You have determined, a patriarchal group with roots of significant promises from you. Father again forgive us as we have sinned against You and through your love for us the blood of Jesus still flows and covers us each and every day. Father we love You and thank You for all you do. Thank you for allowing us to sound an alarm in this nation. In Jesus name we pray... Amen Wednesday, Sept. 30th: Pray for our education system- Administrators & Teachers 1Corinthians 15:58; James 1:5
Father we pray today for our neighbors in Louisiana. We pray that You would break any demonic influences over the area. We speak God's sovereignty and reign in the land. The congressman, judges, mayoral and governmental leaders, we ask for guidance for them to properly govern the people. That the church will take her rightful place to lead against anything that influence Your people to follow after other gods. This morning we rise with assurance that You hear our prayers and as we knock on heavens door that You will open it and blessings will flow out. Father, grant America as a nation an opportunity to repent. Usher in a new fervent desire for the peace that comes from being in your arms of protection. We honor and adore what you have chosen and as Jesus prayed never the less not our will but your will be done in the name of Jesus Christ... amen Father, we wave Your Banner—Sustainer of Life over Louisiana today. Col 1.16-17. Cleanse her by Your Blood of all “lukewarmness”, so that she might stand UNITED. Tuesday, Sept. 29th: Pray for our economy Proverbs 3:9-10
Good morning Lord. We are so thankful for those loved ones you have given to us to surround us that are here to encourage us in our time of need. We pray for Kentucky as a state today. This state is known for its blue fields and racing. Today let those of this state live up to their heritage and run this race and finish the course. Let us finish what the founding fathers began in following you. That desire to run with conviction and desire to please you. Let again the state and federal elected official run with compassion after the love of Christ. Let the churches run back to her first love. Let the heart of the people of Kentucky be set ablaze with revival and a fear of God that has not been seen in years. We pray that this fear would spread through the land that we run back to you the author and finisher of our Faith. Father don't just let us run after you until things improve but let it be as it was with the prodigal son. That we would remember that it is better for even the servants in our Father house and we can come to our sense and run home to you. Father bless this nation as we your children run back into your loving arms away from all hate harm or danger. In the name of Jesus we pray and seal this petition...Amen Monday, Sept. 28th: Pray for the hearts of people to be softened to the Lord Ezekiel 36:26
Good morning Lord, thank you again for letting us have the opportunity to pray for our nation. We start off this day with thanking You for the freedom to assemble the privilege to choose our own and decide if we want or should follow after You. You do not dictate to us but you allow us to choose and then You bless those who diligently seek after You. You allowed this state to be the center of our wheat production. Every place has its purpose and so does this one. Father this day with lift up the leaders of this great state allow them to have the patience to wait on You. The city, state, and federal; congressman, mayor's, and governor we ask You to have mercy upon them. Guide them in every thing they do and continue to give them a firm foundation in the land. I pray for the church leaders that their hearts would burn with compassion for their relationship with You. Ignite a fire within them that would spread like wildfire in the midst of a perverse generation. I pray that, along with every other state, they continue to seek for unity among the brethren. They can truly look at the differences and appreciate the diversity given this land. Father as we continue this day, teach us that we are a blessed and privileged people that cannot forget the cost of our freedom. Let us not remain silent when we see wrong nor agree with that which is not right. I pray a spirit of peace to once again fill this land and remove all hatred and malice from among us. Father I again pray for America and what you intended for her to be. In the name of Jesus. AMEN Sunday, Sept. 27th: Pray for our Military Joshua 1:9
Thank you Father as we begin another week on this Lords day. We again choose to rejoice because You made this day. We pray for the state of Iowa. This state is known for its cornfields. We celebrate this day in offering up a petition of peace. We pray for wisdom and understanding for the state and federal leaders of this state. Lead, guide, and direct those in this state to have a desire for the heart of the Father. We pray for unity and love to comfort those who are within the state boundaries. We pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the church in the area. The sounds of revival to begin to beat steadily in the heartbeat of this state. We pray that the church will lead in the decisions that are important to the family and that they will stand up for the orphans and widows. God let your heart again be turned to this place as yesterday we cried out as a nation to return to the things of God. Let not our prayers be in vain but receive the petitions of your children. We need You Lord to overcome all obstacles in our nation that has been divided by selfishness and greed. Truly let us again love our neighbor as ourselves. Let us pray for those who would harm us teach us, once again to turn the other cheek when we are harmed, to give our shirt when someone takes our coat. Remove the desire of vengeance from our heart and as a nation let us fight for the relationship with our neighbors. Let this nation live up to the name that you gave her. Not the Divided States of America but the United States of America. For everyone who reads this message and who combines their hearts to return to you, I pray peace protection and love over them and their families in Jesus name Saturday, Sept. 26th: Pray for our Justices, Supreme Court and all other Justices
Hebrews 10:30 Father, we again thank you for your faithfulness and pray today for Indiana. We pray this day for stability and consistency. Always known for the stable nature of it's people, Indiana has a very high poverty rate for children. We must never forget the next generation as we pray for each state. The leaders and church we lift before for change and leadership. The cry for today is for the next generation, for the children who are always influenced by the decisions we make. Father help us focus on what's important and not on the things that are Temporal. Help us make decisions that would guide the next generation to a closer relationship with you. Let us not leave anything we can do for them to do. Allow there to be a rich inheritance for them to follow and not broken pieces to shift through. Thank you as we pray for a better day for those who will follow in the name of Jesus... amen Friday, Sept. 25th: Pray for our President and Elected Officials 1 Timothy 2:1-2
