February 3
(145) I cry out with my whole heart; Hear me, O LORD! I will keep Your statutes. (146) I cry out to You; Save me, and I will keep Your testimonies. (147) I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in Your word. (148) My eyes are awake through the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word. Febrero 3 Salmo 119:145-148 “Clamé con todo mi corazón; respóndeme, Jehová, Y guardaré tus estatutos. A ti clamé; sálvame, Y guardaré tus testimonios. Me anticipé al alba, y clamé; Esperé en tu palabra. Se anticiparon mis ojos a las vigilias de la noche, Para meditar en tus mandatos.”

The KOPH or QOPH was original a picture of the BACK of a mans head. The idea being portrayed as that of "FOLLOWING" after or behind, or to follow in a circuit or cycle. As a word, it is only used in scriptures as the word for "ape". Apes are known for mimicking or "following" what you do.

Easy English version says Psa 119:147 EasyEnglish I woke up before dawn and cried to you for help. I want all that you promised in your word. We will settle for less than what is promised if we don't know His word.

Our next Hebrew letter is the KOPH which signifies our being HOLY to the LORD. Holiness is living a life set apart for God and His purposes. It is a process. Jesus’ death and our belief in Him as our Savior makes us holy. But then we have the responsibility to live righteously. This requires constant diligence and maintenance in our lives. The more we yield to the leadings of God, the more set apart we become. Comments are closed.
