Living in His Presence
second 40 day fast
Join with us daily as we enter into the Inner Courts and come together in Unity and Oneness. March 1st - April 9th, 2020
We are in the week of Passover, also called the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Leaven is yeast, something that changes bread dough and makes it grow and grow. Sin does the same thing in our lives. It starts our small and insignificant, but then grows. God is challenging us this week to examine our lives and our surroundings looking for the areas of sin, compromise, and influences of the world. He is calling us to consecrated and separate for Him. Let us purpose to not eat from any other table this week (media), nor entertain mixture with the things of this world.
Here is an excerpt from a prophetic word the Lord gave us on February 26, titled Consecrate and Separate. It is in the Hear My Heart’s Cry Prophetic Psalms Book. The whole psalm will be in the margin to the right. I shall open up the heavens for you this day I give you a commandment in every way The next seven days I call you this day To consecrate yourself and separate yourself in every way There's something that is coming up, you see It is coming up against thee So I will wash you and cleanse you Consecrate yourself in every way Do not touch that which is unclean Do not touch it, do not, I say Clean your hands, I say each day Wash your heart in every way Clear your mind and do not let it go and whine Hear Me and I will come each day And clean your feet, you see And I shall order your steps in each way I shall tell you to go this way or that way Do not go astray! This is a strong warning, you see I have chosen you just for Me Now walk with Me, walk with Me Do not fear, just draw near Everything you need is close, you see Deep inside of Me Come close to Me Consecration, separation That is how you are able to come close to Me Consecration, separation You are My beloved, you see One that is consecrated and separated for Me So this day I speak to you in a special way This day, separation must come So I can show you My way Please read Joshua 24:14-24

This is the last day of the 2nd corporate 40-day fast we will be undertaking in 2020. The focus of this fast was to train us to become disciplined in our lives so we could Hear God’s Voice clearly. This was to be a time to be trained and strengthened to not be moved by the distractions of this world. When I wrote that on February 29 I had no idea that the entire world was about to be tested with the greatest world-wide distraction there has ever been.
God is wanting to get the attention of the whole world, to see Him for who He is and listen to His voice, so we will be changed into His image, having His heart and His character. In this blog, many aspects of God’s voice were shared. God desires us to hear His voice calling us to: walk in holiness, dwell in His presence, silence the voice of fear, surrender, have Joy, gain insight and understanding in His Word, receive and give out love, change, listen to His instructions, let Him mold us into His image, praise, repent, receive His embrace, receive and be a light in the darkness, obey Him, walk in His Ways, rejoice, know His heart, return to Him, humble ourselves, and separate from the world. Sometimes God was like a roaring lion, sometimes He came as the Father of Lights, and sometimes He spoke with a comforting embrace; yet at all times He spoke to us with peace and wisdom. Every nation is being tested in the exact same way. Last night we received prayer requests from 23 nations. Every single one had the same concerns: wisdom for their governments, obedience for citizens to stay at home, loss of jobs, their country’s economy, healing for people who are sick, protection for healthcare workers. But the one reoccurring theme I loved were the requests for the church to awaken in confidence and take their position as lights to their nation. The only way we can do this is to be at peace with what God is doing, trusting Him and His ways. Then we will be disciplined to Hear His Voice! I urge you to gather with your family and truly pray for your family, city, nation, and people all over the world. Let God speak to you and lead you in what to pray. He has much on His heart, will we take the time to settle ourselves to hear His voice. Mankind all over the world is experiencing God’s judgment. We all know this is the hand of God, and it is just the beginning. In recent times of prayer the Lord has told us there will be waves and waves of His judgment coming against the people of the earth. You may ask, why would our loving God do this?
Yes, God loves us, but He knows we are not living the way we should. We have not heeded His gentle nudges and whispers to make Him first and foremost in our lives. The prophet Nahum describes God as a jealous God. When we accepted Christ as our Savior and Lord, He betrothed us to Himself, but we have not given Him the wholehearted devotion He deserves and expects from us. Nahum 1:2-3 God is jealous, and the LORD avenges; The LORD avenges and is furious. The LORD will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies; The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, And will not at all acquit the wicked.. Did you notice God called us His adversaries, His enemies? That is someone who is hostile towards God. I know we don’t consciously go about our day with the goal of being hostile towards God, but if we are honest with ourselves we are often at cross purposes. He desires us to be HOLY, but our flesh is pulling us in to compromise and sin. Nahum 1:5-6 Mountains quake because of Him and the hills dissolve; Indeed the earth is upheaved by His presence, the world and all the inhabitants in it. Who can stand before His indignation? Who can endure the burning of His anger? His wrath is poured out like fire and the rocks are broken up by Him. The world is definitely in a great upheaval right now, we have been lifted up out our jobs, schools, churches, and lives; and plopped into our homes. I believe God has removed the distractions of our lives, in hopes of us spending more time with Him! Even though we are experiencing a taste of God’s indignation and burning anger; He is always calling us back to Himself out of His great love and care for us. Nahum 1:7 The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows those who take refuge in Him. The Hebrew word for God knowing us is YADA – it means an intimate and very close relationship. When we repent and run back to Him for refuge, we are telling God that we are putting our trust in Him and not ourselves or the world. He is the One who holds the keys for our hope. Nahum 2:1 The one who scatters has come up against you. Man the fortress, watch the road; Strengthen your back, summon all your strength. We have three enemies who are constantly coming against us to keep us away from living victorious and holy lives: our self-centered flesh, the pull of the sinful world around us, and the constant temptations and deceptions of satan. Nahum tell us how to fight against these enemies:
Here is the list of things the Lord told Pastor Dolores to separate from in this 40 day fast! We must be disciplined to live a consecrated life, so we can give our life to the temple of the Lord.
1 Samuel 1:28 "So I have also dedicated him to the LORD; as long as he lives he is dedicated to the LORD." And he worshiped the LORD there. Desiring the Glory of God - Walking in His image to be a Light to the Nations
We must make a covenant with our:
We cannot inherit the Kingdom of God when we are wrapped up in SELF!
Galatians 5:16-21 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. (17) For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. (18) But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. (19) Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, (20) idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, (21) envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Ephesians 5:3-6 But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; (4) neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. (5) For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. (6) Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Colossians 3:5-6 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. (6) Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, I Corinthians 5:9-10 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. (10) Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. In the 10th chapter of Daniel, he was at the end of a fast, where he had been crying out to God for three weeks. He had a heavy burden on his heart for God’s people. He knew the end of their captivity was drawing to an end, but he also knew that their hearts hadn’t changed much.
I think this is the same burden many intercessors are feeling in this time. We sense the end is drawing nearer, and yet the hearts of so many people are far from God. They are consumed by fear and self. We too are drawing to the end of this fast we have been on for the last 37 days. Let’s look at the interaction Daniel had with Jesus, whom he thought was an angel. Even though the men who were with Daniel did not see Jesus, they became very fearful and ran away, leaving Daniel all alone. This made Daniel even weaker. Being an intercessor is a lonely place. Many people will agree we need to pray, but not many will make it a priority. Intercession requires people to humble themselves before God to really pray. Daniel 10:12-19 Then he said to me, "Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words... Now I have come to give you an understanding of what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision pertains to the days yet future." When He had spoken to me according to these words, I turned my face toward the ground and became speechless. And behold, One who resembled a human being was touching my lips; then I opened my mouth and spoke and said to Him who was standing before me, "O my Lord, as a result of the vision anguish has come upon me, and I have retained no strength. For how can such a servant of my lord talk with such as my Lord? As for me, there remains just now no strength in me, nor has any breath been left in me." Then this One with human appearance touched me again and strengthened me. He said, "O man of high esteem, do not be afraid. Peace be with you; take courage and be courageous!" Now as soon as He spoke to me, I received strength and said, "May my Lord speak, for You have strengthened me." Humility is key in this season of intercession. We must understand that we have no understanding in ourselves, it will ONLY come from the Lord! We don’t know what is coming, but God does! We must humble ourselves before the Lord and humbly approach His altars. God will supply the strength and understanding we need in this season of our lives. God is relying on His called intercessors to humble themselves before God and come up the mountain to pray His heart! God passionately desires for all mankind to know Him and seek His face. He wants NO one to fall away from their faith! Just like with Daniel, God will give His intercessors strength and understanding. It will be a supernatural strength beyond our body’s natural strength. It will be understanding beyond our mind’s abilities to understand. God is taking His intercessors to a higher place of trust in God, a deeper consecration, a greater surrender, and a sweeter humility. Do you hear the trumpet calling you to pray? It is an urgent plea! God is calling us to come up His mountain, to a place of prayer like we have never experienced before. Today was the last day of our Spring Worship Encounter. I have been looking through my notes to review what God is speaking to us in this season of history. Again last night, Pastor Duncan spoke from 2 Chronicles 7:13-15. He said God is waiting for us to REPENT, so He can then turn His eyes and ears upon us and our prayers.
People have been praying, but God has not turned his ears to listen to us! We still have a plague running wild throughout the world, showing me that something is missing for our prayers.
Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. When we asked Jesus to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness, we made a covenant with Him. We agreed to serve Him as our Savior and king. But we cannot serve Him in our unholy state, that is to say with our fleshly natures. And that is what we have done! Thinking the little we do for Him is enough. He gave His life for us, and He expects us to give our whole heart to Him. It is then that He will hear our prayers. Yesterday someone sent this prophecy to me from a great pastor and prophet named David Wilkerson. In 1986 he wrote: “I see a plague coming on the world; and the bars, church, and government shut down. The plague will hit New York City and shake it like it has never been shaken. The plague is going to force prayerless believers into radical prayer, into their Bibles, and repentance will be the cry from true men of God in the pulpit. And out of it will come a third Great Awakening that will sweep America and the world.” He is speaking of the plague we are facing right now! Did you catch what he said about prayer? He said our prayers have been FAITHLESS, but this plague will force us to pray radical prayers. It will also force us into our Bibles to search for God and His truth as never before. Pastors who are true men of God will lead the cry for repentance in their churches. And then, a great spiritual awakening will sweep across America and all around the World. This sounds fantastic. But, we have to do our part for this to transpire. God is RESETTING His people right now to walk in His ways and not our ways! Please take today and tomorrow to sit at God’s feet. Let Him expose your ways that do not line up with His. Let Him share His heart with you, instead of you doing all the talking. And then REPENT, and accept His realignment of your ways. Then you can confidently pray, knowing God will hear your prayers that are lined up with His heart, and He will answer them. Please share with us what God is revealing to you in the comments section of this blog. We need to encourage each other and spur each other on to do good works. There is no doubt that we and people all over the world are in the midst of judgment from God! When the Corona virus first hit the news, people called out, “this is an End Times judgement”. I was skeptical, because when God sends judgment, especially those in the End Times, they will huge and undeniably from God. Most nations around the world are in the throes of this deadly pestilence, as the rest of the world is shut in their homes waiting for it to pass. Many are overcome by fear and anxiety, some are in outright rebellion, while others are tuning into the massive amount of Church services available on every kind of app imaginable, looking for peace and answers.
God has been speaking very clearly to us at our Worship Encounter this week. Questions were asked that I encourage you to go before God and ask: What have we done to push God to unleash His judgment on us? The obvious answer is we have done evil in God’s sight. Another question was asked of us: If God had sent Jeremiah to speak to us before this plague, would we have listened to Him? So what is the biblical response for Christians living in the midst of God’s Judgments? Before we are spiritually ready to have that question answered, we must take the time the Lord has given us to seek Him as never before!
2 Chronicles 7:13-15 If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place. This verse has been spoken by several of our speakers, after they have Studied God’s Word, Prayed for Discernment, and Worshiped the Lord! In the midst of this current pestilence, we as Christians need to humble ourselves and repent for our sins and the sins of our nations. We need to pray and seek the face of God for wisdom going forward, and we most assuredly must turn from our wicked ways! We must align our ways with God’s Ways. IF we do all these things in great humility and sincerity, THEN God will:
Then God promises that His eyes will see us and His ears will be listening to our prayers that we can then pray for those who do not know the Lord. Let’s not just sit in the comfort of our homes and watch church on TV. Let’s arise and build a family altar to truly study His Word, pray His heart, and worship Him for who He is! When most of the world is in anguish and fear, God’s bride, His people must arise and worship Him! We truly must be different than the rest of the world, we must display our faith and hope in the Lord. We need to truly be a light to our families, neighbors, co-workers, and everyone we encounter.
Our heart, minds, and bodies must display to ourselves and others that GOD IS IN CONTROL! When we do not rest and rejoice in that truth, we are denying God. Psalm 33:20-22 Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield. For our heart REJOICES in Him, because we trust in His holy name. Let Your lovingkindness, O LORD, be upon us, according as we have hoped in You. The word REJOICE in this passage is samach, which means to brighten up as a light in the darkness. It also means to be glad, to be cheerful, and to be merry. This Hebrew word is composed of three letters that give us further insight: Shin - Protected and guarded, flames of fire that provide light and peace. Mem – open and obvious truths of God’s Word Chet – abundant life When we position ourselves to rejoice in the Lord and worship Him, especially in the midst of trials and testings, He will protect and guard us as His Light illumines the truths of His Word, so we can live an abundant life of peace! I encourage you to be a part of our Spring Worship Encounter which starts tonight at 7:00. We will have various speakers from around the country, along with prophetic worship. LET US REJOICE AND BE GLAD! 1 Chronicles 16:31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; And let them say among the nations, "The LORD reigns." Joel 2:21 Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, For the LORD has done great things. Here are excerpts from the powerful word the Lord spoke to us this morning:
Is it not My ways, My ways that I want to go, says God? Oh hear Me this day, this is My way, this is My way This is the path that I have chosen for thee This is the path that you must open and see This is My Way, there is no other way! My Ways are not your ways Can you not see, it is only one way? And that way is through the gate that I have chosen for thee I have chosen thee to walk through a gate, you see There is no other way, there is no other path There is no other way, or you will receive My wrath! Do you not see, do you not see what I am saying to thee? There is no other way! Why can’t they see it this day? The day has come, you see And they still don’t see me, the day has come upon them, you see Will they come and be with Me? Oh, there is no other way, there is no other way this day When you go My Way, you will see Me as Yahweh I will be yours, and you will be with Me It is Yahweh, there is no other way Come with Me and you will see this day That I will show you a path that is clear and very near Begin to walk the path, I will make it clear for you this day Walk with Me, walk with Me and you will see there is none like Me I will open up the seas, and I will go deep down, you see You did not understand that day when I spoke to you this way You did not understand that I came with a great demand And now it moves from sea to sea Not one is exempt from Me Because I look down, and I can see, I know who serves Me Oh, but the great seas are open, you see Nations and nations will bow down to Me They will know that it is I AM who came this day And I AM will show the Way, there is no other way, you see Come to Me, come to Me, and you will see It is I that has come this day I am the One that is standing in a great array Nobody wants to see Me But they will bow down this day And they will know Yahweh has come in every way Open your eyes, your eyes to see Go up this mountain and the path that I have chosen for thee Walk up this mountain with Me And you will see all that I am doing is great, it is great, you see You will understand, you WILL understand Because I have brought a great demand Come to Me and see what I have given to thee Come, come this day, come in every way |
