Wednesday, Sept. 23rd: Pray that Jesus rules over our Nation Psalm 2

Father we start this day once again thanking you for the opportunity to again wake up and start this day.  We have so much to be thankful for and we do thank you for life and the ability to live each day to it's fullest.  We begin praying for Hawaii today. We pray for the government leaders and pastors of this state.  The islands that make up this state again shows how diverse we are as a nation.  We pray for the overcoming of traditional altars in this state and that there would be true repentance and a longing to know you intimately.  Give the pastors in this region an especially great gift to teach because so many travel through this vacation paradise.  That they can hear the word and be drawn there to experience the beauty of your presence.  I pray that the people that inhabit this state would be in one accord fighting all outside influences that would cause them to be distracted from hearing your voice.  Let the fires that kindle beneath the surface erupt into a full call to revival.  This state holds so much potential as a strong altar to the one true God.  We pray today in hope that we stand in the winds of change and your spirit will blow change to this tiny island and ignite the hearts of the inhabitants.  Thank you again for this state and the opportunity to join with others to pray for our United States.  In Jesus name... amen.
