Friday, Sept. 18th: Government officials will be strengthened by the Lord. Isaiah 22:21-22

Good morning Holy Spirit.  Thank you Jesus.  Father we worship you with thanksgiving and praise. There is none like you in the heavens nor on earth. We begin today praying for our nation. A country divided because we have left our first love. Today as we pray for this nation we lift up Colorado before you.  The 38th state admitted into the union and one of the fastest growing states. Father we pray for this most diversified state and the cultural difference in this jurisdiction. We pray for the heart of unity of the federal, state and city leaders. Father allow your spirit to guide and strengthen those who are in authority. I pray they have the wisdom of Solomon and the heart of Esther for such a time as this. Let this be the beginning of a radical change in our nation and let those in this area be sensitive to the winds of change. Give us I pray a desperation for loving one another a hunger for peace and a longing for the presence of God.  From Denver to Colorado Springs to Boulder and surrounding areas let the Pastor begin to unify and let the altar burn brightly. From the peaks of the mountains of this state let the voices cry out for justice. Justice for the lost and a a cry for the widows and orphans.  I pray as we focus on this state we can remember friends and loved ones who are situated and have been placed there for your purpose. Let us never forget that the blood of Jesus was shed for all who are willing to come to him. Father we again thank you for grace because that is what we need. In Jesus name amen.​
